Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and can be purchased by phone or at the spa. Gift certificates can be redeemed towards any service and or merchandise. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced certificates. Cash value of purchased gift certificates for treatments or packages are subject to change after one year of issue. Gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase.
Refunds, Credit or Exchange Policy
Except for
replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits
on spa services, gift certificates, package series or retail products.
All sales are final.
Discounts and Specials
We do not offer "double discounts" on services or retail items. Already discounted items such as packages, will not receive an additional 25% off on Wellness Wednesdays. We recommend that you book the same services a la carte for the greater discounted price. Additionally, promotional coupons are not redeemable with other discounts such as Wellness Wednesday promo pricing, and are meant to be used on days when no such discount is offered.
